Personal Coaching

In addition to the club sessions, we have two coaches who can perscribe individual training plans at a reduced cost.

Level 2 and 3 Qualified Coaches

Following a comprehensive conversation with one of our coach’s they will devise a full monthly triathlon coaching programme for you in order to meet your set objectives, whether this is to complete your first sprint distance triathlon or try and qualify for a major championship. We coach athletes from all levels, and across all distances including Sprint, Olympic, Middle Distance to Full Distance (Ironman). Our qualified coach’s will create a bespoke training plan, which fit into your current life and work commitments, and address your identified weaknesses, and build on your strengths. Typically they will prescribe a 4 week training block during which time, you will provide feedback on your progress – at week 3 you will submit the feedback to your coach, allowing him / her to assess your progress and plan your next 4 week block. These 4 week blocks will typically take you through a base period all the way through to your competition period.
