Following a comprehensive conversation with one of our coach’s we will devise a full monthly triathlon coaching programme for you in order to meet your set objectives, whether this is to complete your first sprint distance triathlon or try and qualify for a major championship.
We coach athletes from all levels, and across all distances including Sprint, Olympic, Middle Distance to Full Distance (Ironman).
Our qualified coach’s will create a bespoke training plan, which fit into your current life and work commitments, and address your identified weaknesses, and build on your strengths.
Typically we will prescribe a 4 week training block during which time, you will provide feedback on your progress – at week 3 you will submit the feedback to your coach, allowing him / her to assess your progress and plan your next 4 week block. These 4 week blocks will typically take you through a base period all the way through to your competition period.
The initial set up will include heart rate / power zone setting, after which your detailed plan will be prescribed.

- 3-4 week rolling programme

Please note that the cost shown below is the first months monthly fee, after making the payment, one of our coach’s will contact you to arrange the initial consultation. Following this consultation, if you change your mind – this fee will be refunded. If you decide to go ahead with the coaching programme, then a direct debit payment will be set up for £70 per month.
