Wheels: Totally renewed and featuring even greater stiffness to suit the growing demands of professional racers, the Supertype 358 wheels have been developed from the already highly successful Supertype wheels.

A low profile rim for the front wheel improves responsiveness when tackling downhill bends, and reduces lateral wind resistance.

Completely hand-assembled, spoke tension is scrupulously controlled to determine lateral and vertical alignment. Next, the wheel is hand manipulated to settle all the components in their ideal position. This is followed by final truing, where the wheel is again checked for spoke tension, tilt and oscillation, all of which must fall within the strict tolerances imposed by Miche.

Rims: Rigid carbon fibre rims, 38mm high for the front wheel and 58mm high for the rear wheel, have an aerodynamic profile that guarantees high-level performance.

Hubs: The hubs feature a carbon fibre body and light alloy flanges. Oversize hub axles in Ergal 7075 T6, with extremely precise SKF bearings, provide long-lasting smooth running. Cone adjustment is by means of a special nut, with adjustment possible even when the wheel is mounted on the bike.
